Jose Dos Santos
Jose Dos Santos, a male who identifies as a trans woman was charged under Section 5 of the Public Order Act appearing by virtual link in Westminster Magistrates Court in February 2013 and subsequently bailed. The outcome of the trial is unknown.
Officers reportedly arrested Dos Santos, 49, after the defendant vomited outside a restaurant in Soho shortly after 3pm. A video appeared to have been uploaded publicly, purporting to show Dos Santos lying prostrate on the floor. A police officer responds: “If you keep putting your legs up I’m going to keep standing on them. Just relax”
