Brian Wooster, a violent male transvestite, was convicted of sexually assaulting a 10 year old child in 2011.

Then in 2016 and 2018 he was convicted at Dorking Magistrates’ Court of further attempts to commit offences against children, including logging into a porn-sharing site to access young children to abuse and contacting a woman to express interest in her young daughters.

Despite being such a high risk offender, Wooster, 40, was spared jail in both 2016 and 2018.
