Jordan Gall
Jordan Gall, a violent male transvestite, was most recently convicted at Aberdeen Sheriff Court in December 2024 of 11 charges related to the possession of indecent images of children and breaching his sex offender’s order through owning undisclosed mobile phones, email addresses and social media accounts. He is a serial violent sex offender that describes himself as a transvestite on social media.
Gall, aged 29 and from Aberdeen, was found to have more than 93 hours of illegal videos on his phone depicting the rape and abuse of newborn babies and toddlers, as well as “more extreme” material that, shockingly, showed a young boy, aged approximately three, being murdered. The court reporter for the local paper, the Aberdeen Press & Journal, said it was the most upsetting account of child abuse she had heard in her career and it was too disturbing to report. Gall appeared in court from HMP Grampian after previously having been jailed in November 2023 for downloading indecent images of children, possession of indecent images of children and being in possession of a mobile phone without informing police within 72 hours. Gall had been due to be released from prison for these offences committed in 2022, but instead was jailed for a further 16 months in prison, consecutive to his current term. The latest videos and images had been found on his phone in October 2023 – i.e. while he was presumably bailed and waiting to appear in court the following month for the previous similar charges.
When caught in 2022 he had tried to hide the phone from the police in a bush – it contained 196 Category A videos, which featured indecent sexual activity and sadistic sexual acts, plus 53 Category B videos and 59 Category C videos. He also had a bank card he hadn’t informed police about and pleaded guilty to a final charge of downloading the social media app Snapchat in breach of his bail conditions. In November 2023 he was sentenced to two and a half years in prison with a further two years on licence following his release and placed on the sex offenders register for life.
Gall was previously convicted in August 2022 of taking or permitting to be taken or making indecent images of children and possessing indecent images of children. Acting on a tip off, police had executed a warrant on December 21, 2021 and found 13,500 videos and images on various devices that depicted the sexual abuse of children – further described as nearly 17 days’ worth of footage from 6,592 videos. Most of the videos were in the worst category; 4,396 were in the most serious Category A, while 1,015 were considered Category B and 1,181 were Category C. The videos and images found featured boys and girls of all ages, from babies up to 14 years old. Gall attempted to blame his offending on a partner telling the court he was “in a relationship” with someone “who liked those types of things” at the time. Gall was sentenced to 12 months in prison and placed on the sex offenders register for 10 years.
In December 2018, Gall – then aged 23 – was convicted at Aberdeen Sheriff Court of engaging in a course of conduct that caused fear or alarm to his neighbours, and behaving in a threatening or abusive manner. The victims were a man and woman who lived in the same block of flats as Gall – he subjected them to a terrifying campaign of intimidation during October and November 2018 including leaving a mannequin head with a knife stabbed into it outside their home. The series of incidents left the couple scared to leave their home and also included sending them anonymous abusive letters, turning off the electricity to their property, throwing crockery and DVDs from his upstairs window and writing “RIP” outside their home. Gall told police he was sexually attracted to the man and jealous of the couple’s relationship.
Because Gall failed to appear for sentencing in January 2019 at Aberdeen Sheriff Court and a warrant was granted for his apprehension, the sentence for the stalking offences against the couple is unknown. However, by May 2019 Gall was living in the community as he was convicted of culpable and reckless conduct in November 2019 and ordered to pay £300 for dropping a bottle from his flat onto a car below’s windscreen. The court did not accept Gall’s claim that his actions were in “retaliation for homophobic and transphobic” comments as the owner of the car had never met Gall. By August 2019, Gall was staying in council-owned temporary accommodation as he set two fires in the property causing £12,600 in damages in the early hours of the morning and terrorising his neighbours. Gall blamed mental health issues caused by the sound of an extractor fan. He was convicted of wilful fireraising in October 2019 but somehow escaped a prison sentence, instead being ordered to be supervised for 18 months and carry out 200 hours of unpaid work. The sheriff also imposed a curfew for four months.
