Daniel Wood
Daniel Wood, a violent male transvestite, was convicted in May 2024 at Medway Magistrates’ Court in Kent of three counts of indecent exposure and one count of failing to comply with a community protection notice.
Wood was initially arrested in April 2024 and charged with three offences of indecent exposure in 2023 and 2024, involving him wearing a pink tutu (of which he has around 40) and/or a leotard and exposing his genitals. His first victims were two young girls and the second and third were adult women. One of the young girls’ Victim Impact Statement reveals the effect on her, saying “I was 15 when it first happened, and I was scared to leave the house, and I begged my mum not to go to school. I’ve not been in the woods since, as I am scared to go there. She continues, “I see him [around town] and he smirks at me, and I was in my school uniform at the time, and I shouldn’t have had to see this.” The prosecution also told the court that the fact that Wood chased (skipped) after the girls raised the harm in the case, which had an impact on them.
After being charged and bailed, Wood was arrested again almost immediately arrested after breaching bail conditions – he had been seen by a man in the woods wearing a tutu/leotard which his bail conditions prohibited him wearing. He was then remanded to prison to await sentencing.
Wood told the court that he had a compulsion to wear tutus/leotards but it wasn’t sexual – a likely story considering he happened to expose his penis to his multiple female victims on each occasion. He also said he been battling with his gender identity for some time, and had some anger issues because he could be on the waiting list for gender reassignment on the NHS for as long as five years.
At sentencing hearing on 5 November at Sevenoaks Magistrates’ Court, Wood escaped jail time (Trans Get Out Of Jail Free card once again) and instead was given a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) with requirements that he must:
- Wear at least one layer of non-transparent clothing, covering his lower body at all times when in the public domain.
- Be prohibited from approaching or engaging with any unknown female by themselves in a public place.
- Not enter any alleyways, public footpaths, public bridle ways or woodland within an exclusion zone.
Magistrates also ordered the tutus to be destroyed and Wood was placed on the Sex Offenders Register for five years.
