An unknown male transvestite who potentially also identifies as a transgender woman is sought by Devon & Cornwall police for outraging public decency at the city’s Guildhall Shopping Centre early on Sunday 5 October. This is likely exposure of his genitals and/or public masturbation, an almost entirely male crime.

We can surmise this suspect is trans, not only from using our eyes but because the police appeal calls him a ‘suspect’ rather than simply a ‘man’, as they don’t quite dare call him a ‘woman’ when the member of the public who reported the incident likely knows the difference between male and female genitals, and therefore knew which they were exposed to. The other clue is that the comments to the post are turned off so that no-one responds pointing out that the suspect is male.
