Daniel Stacey, a violent male transvestite, was returned to prison in May 2011 after admitting committing a burglary and drugs offences while out on licence following two convictions for making threats to kill.

At the time of his arrest, Stacey 28, was wearing a pair of pink knickers, one pink sock, a white bra and black tights together with a pink ladies top and a black skirt. He had broken into a house and stolen two rucksacks full of a woman’s clothes.

He was sentenced to eight weeks for the burglary and a week for the possession of cannabis at South East Suffolk Magistrates’ Court, which will run concurrently with the remainder of his sentence for the threats to kill, due to be completed in 2012.

A report of a man named Robert Stacey of the same age and also from the Ipswich area who was arrested for downloading 275 indecent images of children is available here – he may or may not be the same offender, and the images were discovered after police attended Stacey’s mother’s home in connection with a “domestic incident”. He was convicted in 2010 of 16 offences of making indecent images of children and one offence of possessing indecent images of children and made the subject of a three year community order with a three year supervision requirement. He was also made the subject of a sexual offences prevention order restricting his use of computers and access to the internet and banning him from working with children, and ordered to sign on the sex offenders’ register for five years.
