Paul Cleife, a violent male transvestite, was convicted of nine counts of outraging public decency at Portsmouth Magistrate’s Court in July 2008.

Between July 2007 and January 2008 Cleife, 42, targeted lone females and teenage girls close to Havant train station in Hampshire. Police received a string of complaints from members of the public saying that a man wearing women’s underwear and/or tights had pulled down his trousers in front of them.
