Jordan O’Brien/Jennifer Nieve
Jordan O’Brien/Jennifer Nieve, a violent male who identifies as a transgender woman, was convicted at Manchester Crown Court on October 20, 2025 of four out of the six serious domestic and sexual assault offences he was charged with. Court documents refer to him as as ‘Jordan O’Brien aka Jennifer Nieve’.
O’Brien/Nieve is a TikTok content creator with 60,000 followers but at the time of writing no mainstream media outlet has covered the conviction. The only outlet to cover the story is Reduxx, the feminist news service. In their report they cover the appalling crimes he was convicted of, including assault by penetration (a very serious sexual offence that in this case involved sexually penetrating his female victim with a dildo), strangling her, and threatening her with a knife. According to court documents provided to the Reduxx team, the offenses took place between June and December of 2022. See here for over 50 examples of violent trans-identified males being convicted of domestic violence offences.
Reduxx also reveals that one of his former friends, a woman who goes by the name Daisy Mae, came forward with an apology for his victims while revealing that she had been aware that O’Brien had been running private chats with minors since 2020. Mae stated that O’Brien was a father of four, and suggested that he had previously served time in prison. Others had clearly been providing money/gifts to O’Brien/Nieve and were horrified to learn they had been funding a violent sexual predator and seemed surprised that a violent male sex offender would have downplayed/lied about the offences he was charged with.
See the Reduxx exclusive story for more details here, including how he painted himself as a good guy who didn’t use female public spaces while perpetrating the most appalling violence on a woman in private.
O’Brien/Nieve will be sentenced in January 2026, and has been remanded to custody until then.
*Update January 2026*
Reflecting the seriousness of the offending, O’Brien/Nieve received a 17 year prison sentence in January 2026, and was ordered to serve two-thirds in custody. An indefinite restraining order was also imposed to protect the victim and her child. The judge said the rape charge was on the basis that no fewer than 10 rapes had been committed. He said: “I have to sentence you for at least 10 occasions that you raped her. This was repeated offending.”
The victim’s impact statement to the court revealed the lasting impact on her and how she suffers from panic attacks and anxiety. She said: “I don’t sleep for very long, and I’m up at all hours of the night. If I am in a group of more than five people I suffer from anxiety. The impact has been long term and deeply damaging. I have lived for years with fear and anxiety.” At the sentencing, O’Brien/Neave was referred to in court as Jennifer O’Brien and continues to deny the offences. Predictably, media reports referred to this violent rapist with female pronouns but did at least include the information that O’Brien/Neave identified as transgender. None dared to refer to a rapist as a ‘woman’ in headlines, using descriptors such as ‘TikToker’ or ‘TikTok star’ instead.
