Craig Baxter
The Daily Record reported in November 2025 that an unnamed drag queen nursery school teacher from Paisley, Scotland has been charged in connection with allegations of sending “indecent” messages to children online. The individual – later named as Craig Baxter – was arrested after the recipients of the messages (multiple young boys) made allegations against him to a group of paedophile hunters. The group, called Justice Against Predators, immediately informed the police and the nursery where the 32-year-old had been working.
Baxter was arrested on Thursday, October 30 in Paisley and has reportedly had his employment terminated at a nursery in the town although the charges reportedly do not relate to children that were in his care. He was released on bail on an undertaking to appear at court at a later date.

The Scottish Sun reports that Baxter is facing multiple allegations of committing sex offences involving children, including causing an older child to look at a sexual image, and meeting, intending to meet or planning to engage in sexual activity with someone under the age of 16.

Baxter made no plea to the two charges he faced during the hearing at Paisley Sheriff Court in January 2026 and remains under investigation by Police Scotland.
