Richard Grattige (aka Grattage/Vicky Green) a violent male who identifies as a trans woman, was convicted in January 2019 at Airdrie Sheriff Court of communicating indecently and intending to have sex with an underage girl.

The sheriff initially deferred sentence and remanded Grattige in custody before imposing a 2 year sentence in March 2019. Grattige was also placed on the sex offenders’ register indefinitely and will be under supervision for a year once released.

Grattige was previously convicted in 1999 of the indecent assault and attempted rape of a 14 year old girl and was sentenced to 8 years in prison.
Grattige, 48, from Maidstone, Kent, was apprehended by a group of paedophile hunters in Glasgow having travelled there to meet what he thought was an underage girl after engaging in sexualised conversations via WhatsApp.

Grattige was reportedly initially remanded to a women’s prison HMP Cornton Vale to await trial but then transferred to a male prison, presumably after a risk assessment and/or not being in possession of a GRC.

In extremely disturbing video recorded by the paedophile hunters, Grattige describes the 1999 offence against a 14 year old girl, forcing her from the horse she was riding and attempting to rape her, though failing to get an erection. Various social media accounts run by Grattige repeatedly attempt to solicit sex from women and post pictures of the offender wearing women’s underwear and wigs.
