Beaumont Leys Transvestite Sex Offender
An unnamed transvestite sex offender is sought by the police in the Beaumont Leys area of Leicester
The serial sex offender was described as wearing women’s clothing during all the incidents reported between October 29 and December 8, 2015 when he approached women and exposed his genitals.
