Thomas/Tina McCombe
Thomas/Tina McCombe, (aka Alice McCombe/Alistair McCombe) a violent male trans activist who identified as a transgender woman, was convicted at Belfast Magistrates Court of procuring a teenage schoolgirl he met by chance on a bus to work in a brothel he ran in the Woodstock area of east Belfast. The date of conviction is unknown. McCombe was reportedly also previously convicted of stabbing a man.
Local paper, the Belfast Telegraph, broke the story of his criminal past after LGBT organisations and other media had published simpering Stunning And Brave™ tributes to McCombe as an activist and “champion of LGBTQIA+ rights” after his death in May 2026. A counselling expert and director of the Belfast Rape Crisis Centre, Eileen Calder, told the paper that McCombe (an ex-soldier) was ‘a sexual predator’, ‘a complete fraud’ and a danger to both men and women. Instead of apologising for lionising this abusive man, organisations such as Belfast Pride and the Rainbow Project just quietly deleted their posts rather than signposting potential victims to support. Belfast Pride also deleted multiple Facebook comments pointing out McCombe’s long history of public masturbation and terrorising children. Another journalist posted multiple claims from former neighbours of McCombe that many children were ‘traumatized by him because he would allegedly flash his genitals at them while dressed in women’s clothing, among other disturbing allegations.’
See here for other examples of ex-military men who identify as trans who have violence/sexual violence convictions and here for other examples of trans-identified men committing public masturbation offences. See here for many other trans activists who have terrorised and committed violence (including sexual violence) against women and girls.
A Belfast Council project recorded a video interview with McCombe saying he decided he was transgender while in a psychiatric hospital and telling a familiar autogynephilia backstory of enjoying being a drag queen so he must really be a “woman” inside and a “lesbian” not a heterosexual man with a paraphilia. Other examples of abusive, violent men who identify as transgender who have been included in TV documentaries/media puff pieces are available here and here. The former Lord Mayor of Belfast, Micky Murray, also posted a gushing tribute to McCombe and the tax payer-funded Metropolitan Arts Centre in Belfast recently featured him and his jacket emblazoned with ‘Dyke Bitch From Hell’ (that they bought from him) in an exhibition called ‘A Queer Dander’.
Eileen Calder also revealed that McCombe was a founding member of Belfast Pride Week. As Twitter/X user @ripx4nutmeg points out, there have been at least eight cases in the UK recently (and more outside the UK) in which a senior Pride officer has turned out to be a paedophile. A Mumsnet user also pointed out that if a company of ~2,500 employees (the equivalent of say, 10 officers per ~250 UK Pride organisations) had had eight senior male executives convicted of sex offences against children there would be internal uproar and extensive external scrutiny. See here for other examples of trans-identified male sex offenders who have been involved with Pride organisations.
We now know of at least eight cases in the last three years in which a senior Pride officer has turned out to be a paedophile. Most of these stories were ignored by BBC News, which has a Pride section which is entirely promotional pic.twitter.com/EUC0k62d19
