David/Denise Flynn
David/Denise Flynn, a male who identifies as a transgender woman, has been charged with indecent exposure and is alleged to have committed the offence on the same date in three separate years – reportedly September 22 in 2020, 2022 and 2023.
Flynn, 37, is due to appear in court on 2 February 2024 at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates’ Court for a plea hearing.
