Riley Easterbrook

Riley Easterbrook, a violent male who identifies as a transgender woman, was convicted at Norwich Magistrates Court in May 2026 of multiple counts of criminal damage and assault, including assault of a police officer. He was sentenced to 16 weeks in prison, suspended for 18 months – the latest example of the trans Get Out Of Jail Free Card. He is also facing further arson charges.

The offences he was convicted for were related to a rampage through Norwich in January 2026 when he smashed shop windows, including Costa Coffee, Boots and WH Smith, as well as the windscreen of a police car. An arrest warrant has subsequently been issued after Easterbrook failed to attend requirements of the community sentence and has since gone missing.

Easterbrook, aged 34 and from Norwich, is deemed by his probation officers as “high risk of causing serious harm to the public and to known individuals” so should not be approached – i.e. call the police if he is spotted. Reportedly, he may be on the Isle of Wight without the knowledge or approval of the probation service.

Riley Easterbrook & Marcus/Ella Potter outside court in Norwich

After eventually being traced Easterbrook, appeared in court in Norwich and pleaded guilty to arson and criminal damage, and admitted breaching conditions of his suspended sentence including not engaging with alcohol treatment or work to address his behaviour. The court was told he was now resident on the Isle of Wight where he was now engaging with offender managers. His sentence was deferred until October 7, 2026 with conditions that he continue to comply with probation requirements and commit no further offences.

The Eastern Daily Press reported Easterbrook had been captured on Ring doorbell footage deliberately and recklessly setting fire to a rubbish bin outside a property in Norwich. Then on May 10 and 15 he was shown on CCTV damaging property at the Royal Mail sorting office in Norwich, including trying to force his way into the back door of vans and damaging a car park entry barrier.

A press photo emerged of Easterbrook outside court in Norwich with Marcus/Ella Potter, another violent trans-identified man, who was charged with blackmail at Norwich Magistrates Court in January 2026. Potter is alleged to have told a senior partner of a local solicitors’ firm on July 17, 2025 that an arson threat would be carried out unless a six-figure cash demand was paid.
