Bournemouth Transvestite Suspected Sex Offender

An unnamed male transvestite was reported to police on Wednesday 2 September 2026 for indecently exposing himself to two women walking their dogs in the early morning in Bournemouth, Dorset.
The suspect is said to have been wearing a short denim skirt, fishnets and dark jacket, and both dog walkers had been strolling through Granby Road when they encountered him. He is also described as being white and of a slim build. The Sun reports that the first woman spotted the man indecently exposing himself at around 7am. The same man was seen flashing again by another woman an hour later, Dorset Police said.
In 2020, a violent male transvestite named Christopher Hawkins was convicted of indecent exposure offences and assault in nearby Poole – he escaped serving any prison time. He was wearing a bra and women’s underwear when he committed the offences.
