Scott Paterson, a male transvestite, was convicted of committing an act of public indecency in a Strathclyde park in 2013.

Paterson, 29, was caught by police masturbating over a pornographic magazine on the bonnet of his car, while wearing fishnet stockings, high heels and a floral skirt.
