Keith / Kirstie Foster, a male transvestite, was convicted at Lancaster Magistrates Court of the possession of indecent images of children in September 2013. He was given a conditional discharge.

In 2015 Foster, 60, was the subject of a police appeal after breaching the notification requirements on his Sexual Offences Prevention Order (SOPO) by not informing them of his current address.

Police said Foster – who reportedly goes by his female alter ego of Kirstie – “often wears female clothing” and could be dressed as a man or a woman.

Foster was reportedly arrested and in police custody in April 2015.
