Keith / Kirstie Foster, a male transvestite, was convicted at Lancaster Magistrates Court of the possession of indecent images of children in September 2013. He was given a conditional discharge.

In 2015 Foster, aged 60 and from Wakefield, was the subject of a police appeal after breaching the notification requirements on his Sexual Offences Prevention Order (SOPO) by not informing them of his current address.  He is thought to have links to the Lancashire, Cumbria and West Yorkshire areas but was last spotted in Morecambe on Tuesday 14 April 2015.

Police said Foster – who reportedly goes by his female alter ego of Kirstie – “often wears female clothing” and could be dressed as a man or a woman.

Foster was reportedly arrested and in police custody in April 2015.
