An unnamed violent male transvestite, aged 33, received a caution in July 2010 for outraging public decency after sexually penetrating a dog in the moat at Pendennis Castle in Cornwall. The dog had chased after the man  – who was wearing women’s clothes – and by the time the dog’s female owner had caught up, he was assaulting her pet.

Pendennis Castle is a popular family tourist attraction and was extremely busy with visitors in high season.

A police spokesman said: “Other agencies were liaised with and he was handed over to them.”
