Murder: 1
Kayleigh-Louise Woods – Torture and murder of Bethany Hill, aged 20
Sexual offences: 24 (16 with child victims, 8 with adult victims)
(Note that if 1% of the population is transgender, for trans-identified males to have similar sexual offending rates as women, at least 2,400 women would have to have been convicted of a sexual offence in 2017. MoJ figures for England & Wales for the past decade consistently show approx. 100 women are convicted of a sexual offence annually – i.e. the convictions listed below indicate male pattern sexual offending, not female)
Sexual offences with child victims
Aaron Hughes – multiple sexual offences, including rape, against multiple young children
Pauline Long – multiple sexual offences against two children under 10
Jasmine Hill – multiple sexual offences against teenaged children
Dawn Love – sexual assault of a 15 year old girl
Kira Leverton – multiple sexual offences against children and possession of of over 500 indecent/400 prohibited images of children & extreme pornography involving animals
David Fuge – multiple sexual offences, including rape, against a young girl from the age of 8 until she was 19
Dominic Risden/Lexi-Rose Crawford: Two counts of sexual activity with a child
Nicholas March – attempting to pay for the sexual services of a child
Michael Cohen – exposed penis in park where children were playing
Geoffrey Rainey Kelly – Indecent exposure to a 16 year old girl
Terence Moore – repeated sexual grooming and attempts to meet children via the internet
Nicholas/Stacey Pool* – police officer inciting a child to engage in sexual activity, possession of indecent images of children
Lawrence Ireland – sexual assault of a young girl
Wendy Jones – possession of extreme pornography involving animals and reportedly downloading indecent images of children
Sarbjeet Jagdev – possession of over 1,400 indecent images of children
Andrew Pickbourne – possession of indecent images of children and extreme pornography involving bestiality
Sexual offences with adult victims
Freddie/Xenia Jade Millar – Rape of a woman
Alexis/Aaron Herschell* – Attempted rape of woman, rape of a second woman returned a verdict of not proven
Louise Croft – Sexual assault
Sam Broadhurst – Sexual assault, GBH, wounding with intent and theft
Andrew Macrae – Multiple counts of voyeurism, outraging public decency
Alan McKenzie – Outraging public decency (public masturbation)
Derek Allan – Breach of the peace /conducting himself in a disorderly manner (covertly filmed two women)
Sought by the police: Islington cross-dressing sex offender who exposed his genitals to a female train passenger
Charged and later acquitted of 2 counts of rape: Katie Brannen
Segregated from female prisoners:
Jessica Winfield/Martin Ponting* – child rapist segregated after exhibiting sexually predatory behaviour towards female prisoners in HMP Bronzefield
Paris Green – murderer/sex offender removed to men’s prison after exhibiting sexually predatory behaviour towards female prisoners in 2 women’s prisons

Lee Baker/Tiffany Aching – Stalking
Rachelle Mikhnevich – Threats to kill
Alan McKenzie – Weapons possession and drugs offences
Debra Christopher Wright: Multiple racially aggravated offences including at least two separate assaults and harassment after causing alarm or distress
Charged: Karen White charged with multiple rapes and remanded to prison to await trial. While on remand at a women’s prison, 4 female prisoners made allegations of sexual assault against White so the prisoner was moved to a men’s prison. Subsequently convicted of multiple serious sexual offences in 2018
Sought by the police: Three suspects alleged to be responsible for a violent attack on a woman at Speakers’ Corner, one of whom was convicted in 2018 – see Tanis Wolf/Tara Wood
