Wilby Transvestite Sex Offender
A male transvestite is sought by police in Suffolk after an incident of indecent exposure that took place in Wilby on New Year’s Day 2024. A member of the public reported seeing a man conducting an indecent act (i.e. masturbating), whilst standing next to a silver car. He is described as being tall (around 6ft 3ins in height), of skinny build and dressed in a black corset, a black skirt and a blonde wig.
